During the summer of 2016, we teamed up with the Global Angel Wings Project to engage travelers through interactive artwork painted at Los Angeles International Airport, O’Hare International Airport and Newark Liberty International Airport.  The iconic Angel Wings, which have flown as far as Kenya, Australia, Mexico and Cuba, created a unique opportunity to excite and inspire travelers.

Renowned street artist Colette Miller, who launched the Global Angel Wings Project in 2012, delighted travelers with her live painting, and then gave them the opportunity to take their own photo in front of the world-renowned angel wings and join Miller’s angel wing phenomenon.

Each airport had corresponding social media hashtag, #iflyLAX for Los Angeles, #iflyORD for Chicago O’Hare and #iflyEWR for Newark Liberty. Special promotions were available to travelers who posted their photos with the hashtag to social media.
